COMMERCIAL WEAR WARRANTY
LSI vinyl tile has a ten (10) year commercial wear warranty
LSI vinyl tile has a one (1) year manufacturing defects
warranty
LSI North America warranties its floor tile not to wear through
to the decorative surface or its backing layers for a term of ten
(10) years. LSI North America warranties its floor tile against
noticeable and or hidden manufacturing defects for a term of one (1)
year.
Warranty is subject to the following conditions:
- That the LSI floor tile has been correctly installed in
accordance with its installation manual.
- That the floor tile has been maintained regularly as per the
instructions in the LSI Maintenance Guide.
- That adequate steps have been taken to prevent excessive dirt
and moisture from being tracked across the tiles in areas that
have more than normal and or excessive foot traffic i.e.; elevator
cabs, escalators, entrances and exits.
Warranty will not cover the following:
- Damage from scratches, indentations, cuts, gouges, burns,
stains, reduction in embossing, poor or improper installation,
poor or improper maintenance, gloss reduction or abnormal abuse.
Should a Warranty issue arise, LSI North America Ltd. must be
contacted as soon as possible. LSI will investigate the claim and
file its report of claim in writing to the client as soon as
possible. Should the floor tile prove to be defective and or
prematurely worn out, LSI will supply new floor tile to match or a
substitute tile that is as close as possible to the original design.
LSI will cover the cost of the new floor tile and some if not all of
the new installation costs.
